well i started running again today because i thought my knee was all better after that week off .. but i was wrong .. i went to the doc and they said i have ITB and that i have to start therapy on the 26th and i hope that they can fix it .. the good news is that i can run on a incline with no pain at all so im going to try that out for a while and see how that works .. in fact if i put it on 6% it feels better then using the elliptical |
