Short-Term Running Goals:

finish the jacksonville marathon in under 3:45 min!! seems realistic, i do my long runs at about a 8:30-8:45 pace and a year ago i ran a 1/2m in 1:48 .. im a much faster runner now ... im going to run that same half in october so we will see how it goes

Long-Term Running Goals:

boston marathon!! maybe a long shot but im going to give it a spin ... i can hardly do a 10k at the pace needed for that. but i think its doable

Personal:

i started out running to lose weight just like most people and i got addicted .. i really love to race and be able to see improvments in my times.. no mater how fast you become their is always somthing new to achive

well i started running again today because i thought my knee was all better after that week off .. but i was wrong .. i went to the doc and they said i have ITB and that i have to start therapy on the 26th and i hope that they can fix it .. the good news is that i can run on a incline with no pain at all so im going to try that out for a while and see how that works .. in fact if i put it on 6% it feels better then using the elliptical
